Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the mold scheme review and mold design work according to production task requirements, and ensure the correctness of mold drawings and materials;
2. Responsible for on-site mold improvement, tracking, and verifying results;
3. Responsible for the development and improvement of products and processes; reasonably compile relevant technical documents and processes, and standardize;
4. Assist the factory in handling and solving technical problems that arise with products, cooperate with aluminum die-casting production process personnel to improve production processes during production; ensure the normal operation of molds and production;
5. Responsible for organizing drawings and technical materials.
Job Requirements
1. Relevant majors such as molds/mechanics, with a college degree or above, more than 2-3 years of experience in mold design work in aluminum die-casting or injection molding companies, familiar with key points of die-casting mold or injection molding design technology, and well-versed in product process (providing technical support on-site);
2. Proficient in using UG and AUTOCAD software;
3. Candidates with experience in designing die-casting molds in a mold factory will be given priority;
4. Internal employees of the company will be given priority for employment.

Job Responsibilities
1. Handling and tracking improvements of quality abnormalities in the production process, promoting process engineering capability enhancement;
2. Daily review of defective products, providing timely handling suggestions, coordinating relevant departments to investigate causes, and formulating improvement measures;
3. Monthly quality data statistics, identifying problem areas, collaborating with relevant departments to analyze causes, and formulating improvement measures;
4. Quickly responding to customer complaints, investigating causes, and providing improvement reports to customers by the deadline;
5. Supervising the execution of daily quality requirements on the manufacturing site;
6. Revising and updating quality standard documents;
7. Responding to second-party and third-party audits and improving problem areas, optimizing quality-related processes and systems;
8. Assisting the section chief in completing quality improvement work in this field, ensuring the achievement of the company's quality strategy and quality objectives;
9. Maintaining customer relationships.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical design or mechatronics, with more than 3 years of quality management work experience;
2. Proficient in using 5 WHY for root cause analysis;
3. QC methods can be applied to daily work;
4. Familiar with quality management in stamping, welding, sheet metal, and other engineering fields;
5. Familiar with process quality management and independently handling customer complaints;
6. Ability to read technical drawings;
7. Experience in Japanese quality work is preferred;
8. Experience in quality work related to stamping and welding processes, with work experience in relevant companies such as Siemens, Schneider, Foxconn (e.g., Langfang Foxconn) is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibility One,
Responsible for breaking down and formulating the department's annual quality target goals according to the company's quality strategy, and organizing implementation to achieve them.
1. Organize the collection of relevant materials and provide the department's annual quality target plan to the quality management minister;
2. Responsible for preparing the annual quality work plan, reporting to company leadership, and organizing implementation after approval;
3. Supervise, inspect, and assess the completion of quality work in various departments.
Responsibility Two,
Responsible for tracking and handling customer complaints, ensuring no recurrence of defects and no major Class A complaints.
1. Respond to customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction;
2. Organize relevant internal departments of the company to complete improvements for customer complaints and track closure.
Responsibility Three,
Promote the reduction of internal defects within the company and ensure the achievement of internal quality target goals.
1. Track and handle internal defects such as inspection defects and final inspection defects, organize and coordinate the implementation of improvement measures to achieve internal quality enhancement;
2. Organize internal quality monthly meetings to review the achievement of internal and external quality indicators, analyze issues at the quality management system level, promote improvements, and achieve continuous optimization of the quality management system.
Responsibility Four,
Respond to second and third-party audits, promote the improvement and closure of audit issues.
Responsibility Five,
Talent cultivation and team building for inspection and quality control personnel.
Job Requirements
1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above from a formal institution;
2. Professional knowledge requirements: Related major in mechanical engineering, familiar with TS16949 (or ISO9000), ISO14001, ISO18001 system-related knowledge, familiar with the management model of manufacturing enterprises, proficient in using office software;
3. Ability and quality requirements: Good communication skills, sincere towards others;
4. Work experience/training experience: 5-10 years of experience in quality management, process management, or production management in manufacturing enterprises, proficient in TS16949 (or ISO9000) management system certification, with at least 5 years of experience in system certification, and some document writing experience;
5. Qualification certificate requirements: TS16949 internal auditor certificate or ISO9000 internal auditor certificate;
6. Experience in quality work related to stamping and welding processes, in the automotive manufacturing industry.
