   Driven by the "dual carbon" strategy, new productive forces supported by green and digital technologies are becoming key to promoting high-quality development and building a modernized economic system. Facing the accelerating period of dual transformation towards green and digitalization, Tianjin Jinrong Tianyu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully deployed an intelligent decarbonization solution with the help of full-life-cycle services, quickly achieving green upgrades and creating unique "new productive forces."

      In the more than 20 years of cooperation between Jinrong Tianyu and Schneider Electric, Jinrong Tianyu has been closely cooperating with Schneider Electric's green supply chain construction and persistently promoting sustainable development. In the implementation of intelligent decarbonization, Schneider Electric shared its green experience with Jinrong Tianyu, organized training, and provided theoretical, technical, resource, and on-site support. With the help of Schneider Electric, we have established a top-level plan for sustainable development and adopted Schneider Electric's integrated hardware and software solution based on EcoStruxurePower architecture, incorporating multiple energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies.

  In addition, Jinrong Tianyu also deployed rooftop photovoltaic systems, smart lighting systems, and energy storage systems. We use the EMS energy management system to integrate and visualize information on lighting, geothermal heat pump air conditioning, power distribution and transformation, and equipment energy consumption, achieving online equipment monitoring. The "千里眼" (Qianliyan) subsystem enables unmanned remote operation and maintenance of substations, managing the entire life cycle of pan-energy equipment and facilities, thus significantly improving operational efficiency and effectively reducing manpower maintenance costs.
