Exploring the development and collaboration of alumni enterprises from multiple perspectives, and establishing a platform for “multi‑forum integration” between the university and businesses.

  On the morning of March 23, Lu Junrui, Director of the Strategic Development Research Center at Tianjin University of Technology, a second-level professor, doctoral supervisor, and chairman of the Alumni Association, accompanied by Yin Shougen, Vice Chairman of the Alumni Association; Zhang Dehong, Secretary-General; and Zhang Yajun, Secretary-General of the Alumni Entrepreneurs Federation, paid a site visit to Jinrong Tianyu and held in-depth discussions with Yan Xuewei, Honorary Chairman of Jinrong Tianyu, as well as Directors Yun Zhi and Zhang Xu.

 

 

          Members of the Tianjin University of Technology Alumni Association visited the company’s precision mold‑making and precision stamping production facility, where they inquired about product development, technological investment, precision manufacturing, and market applications. Yan Xuewei, the company’s honorary chairman, provided a detailed briefing on these topics.

 

 

           During the talks, Yan Xuewei, Honorary Chairman of Jinrong Tianyu, and Director Zhang Xu outlined the company’s product portfolio and strategic roadmap, emphasizing that, since its IPO, the company has remained committed to a vision of green, intelligent manufacturing. They pledged to further advance digitalization and smart technologies, increase investment in research and development, elevate lean manufacturing capabilities, and open up new avenues for innovative growth.

Lu Junrui, Chairman of the Tianjin University of Technology Alumni Association, and Yin Shougen, Vice Chairman, stated that over the past 43 years since its founding, the university has steadily strengthened its resources and attracted a wealth of highly qualified experts and scholars. The alumni association serves as a bridge between the university and its alumni‑run enterprises, and by visiting these companies, it fosters greater synergy and integration of resources for both sides.


 

    During this round of talks, both sides agreed that collaboration between enterprises and educational institutions is highly aligned with future development. They pledged to leverage the respective strengths of all parties in research, technology, human resources, and equipment, establish a multi‑stakeholder platform for integrated development among universities, experts, and businesses, and accelerate breakthroughs in the iterative advancement of technological R&D.
