On December 27, 2020, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Intelligent Manufacturing Base Project of Precision Components at Tianjin Jinrong Tianyu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. Attending the ceremony were Long Miao, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Binhai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Tianjin; Chen Zhihua, Director of the Bureau of Industry and Investment Promotion of the Binhai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone; Wu Tao, Deputy Director of the Construction Bureau of the same zone; Sun Xingwen, Chairman of Tianjin Jinrong Tianyu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.; Directors Yan Xuewei and General Manager Zhao Hong; Deputy General Manager Yun Zhi; Shen Rui, Director of the Tianjin Light Industry Design Institute; Li Yafeng, Supervisor from the Tianjin Northern Construction Supervision Firm; and Yang Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Civil Engineering Company, among others.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman Sun Xingwen delivered a speech.
The Jinrong Tianyu Precision Components Intelligent Manufacturing Base project covers a total land area of 42.7 mu and has a total floor area of 20,800 square meters. The construction comprises a production plant, a supporting facilities building, and ancillary infrastructure. Upon commissioning, the facility will develop and manufacture a range of automotive and electrical metal components that meet world-class standards and customer requirements, with products destined for markets in Europe, North America, and other regions.
