01 Safety hazard rectification.
Conducted company-level safety and environmental inspections twice a month, special fire inspections, special inspections of labor protection equipment, special inspections of safety protection devices, summer three prevention special inspections, holiday inspections, environmental special inspections, gas special inspections, and other inspection items, discovering a total of 445 safety and environmental hazards, rectifying 421 on time, with a rectification completion rate of 95%. The hazards that were not rectified on time were also eventually closed.
02Education and training.
A total of 15 types of training were held throughout the year, with over 100 safety training sessions, and 2393 participants in the training. The special safety and environmental publicity involved: environmental special publicity (June 5 Environment Day, hazardous waste), occupational health publicity, "Safety Month" leadership in-depth site inspections, and "Fire Day" publicity.
03Emergency management.
In 2023, the company conducted practical fire equipment drills, chemical leak emergency drills, aluminum liquid leak emergency drills, and emergency evacuation drills, with 473 participants in the drills. Among them, the fire evacuation drill involved all employees, with active cooperation from all business units, conducting a total of 11 drills with 385 participants, enhancing the emergency escape capabilities of the company's employees.
04Safety and environmental improvement.
In 2023, improvements were made in electrical safety, including distribution line and distribution cabinet insulation protection, as well as safety protection improvements for equipment such as grinding machines, forming machines, sealing machines, and aluminum liquid transportation, making the on-site working environment safer.
Standardized improvements were made to emergency evacuation maps, detailed visualizations of dual control risks, and visual layout improvements for key positions, clearly indicating the requirements for wearing labor protection equipment at the work site, safety risks and response measures on site, and emergency handling in case of emergencies, allowing employees and relevant parties to better understand on-site safety risks and further enhance the safety awareness of on-site personnel.
In 2023, standardization improvements were made to hazardous waste storage, and hazardous waste labeling was standardized, establishing standards for hazardous waste storage, making hazardous waste management more standardized.
Through upgrading the gatekeeper vehicle monitoring system, upgrading and transforming die-casting waste gas and melting furnace treatment facilities, the company met the B-level standards for heavy pollution weather and successfully passed the B-level review for heavy pollution weather. During yellow and orange alerts for heavy pollution weather, the company can autonomously reduce emissions, reducing pollutant emissions while effectively alleviating production and delivery pressure, better serving society and meeting customer order requirements.
