The pilot project for high-quality intellectual property creation in Tianjin is an important measure in the construction outline of a strong intellectual property city in Tianjin, aimed at encouraging and supporting enterprises to strengthen the creation of intellectual property in key frontier technologies, comprehensively enhancing the capacity for high-quality intellectual property output, and focusing on cultivating a group of patent pilot enterprises with a relatively high quantity and quality of intellectual property and certain influence.
In May 2023, the project application by Tianrong Tianyu Company was approved. During the project period, a total of 14 invention patents were approved, involving core product technologies such as in-mold welding, in-mold riveting, integrated punching and riveting, integrated welding assembly, robotic linkage, and automatic detection. All of these are applied in various aspects of the research and development and production of electrical and electronic components and automotive parts within the company, thereby promoting technological iteration, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency, which has strengthened the company's technological level and enhanced its core competitiveness.
