To encourage the advanced and establish models, and to better motivate grassroots trade unions to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees, the High-tech Zone Mass Work Department awarded the grassroots trade unions that actively participated in this event, with the Tianyu Trade Union winning the "2023 High-tech Zone Employee Carnival Excellent Organization Award."
The series of cultural and sports activities of the 2023 High-tech Zone Employee Carnival includes regional cultural and sports activities such as employee mini-marathons, King of Glory e-sports, parent-child industrial tours, and cultural leisure. During this period, the Tianyu Trade Union organized employees to participate in table tennis, King of Glory, and other cultural and sports activities, as well as skill competitions in programming and CNC processing. In the process of mutual learning, the participants discovered their own shortcomings and learned from their opponents' strengths, gaining new knowledge and experiences.
