Jinrong Tianyu signed a service cooperation agreement with Schneider Electric to jointly promote the construction of a new smart energy system.
On the morning of July 31, Tianjin Jinrong Tianyu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a "Service Cooperation Agreement" with Schneider Electric, a global expert in energy management and automation digital transformation, at the headquarters of Jinrong Group. The two parties will further deepen their cooperation in areas such as supply chain, digital factories, intelligent manufacturing, and sustainable development, based on providing a one-stop overall solution for digital smart energy systems.
On the morning of July 31, Tianjin Jinrong Tianyu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a "Service Cooperation Agreement" with Schneider Electric, a global expert in digital transformation in energy management and automation, at the headquarters of Jinrong Group. Both parties will further cooperate in areas such as supply chain, digital factories, intelligent manufacturing, and sustainable development based on providing a one-stop overall solution for digital smart energy systems. Key leaders attending the event included Sun Xingwen, Chairman of Jinrong Tianyu, Zhao Hong, President, and Yun Zhi, Vice President, as well as Zhang Kaipeng, Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric, Li Jiming, Vice President of the National Sales Department, and more than ten leaders and experts from Jinrong Tianyu Electric, Overseas Business Department, New Energy Business Department, Lean Manufacturing Department, as well as Schneider Electric's service business department and industrial automation.
Sun Xingwen, Chairman of Jinrong Tianyu, stated: "This signing event marks a new stage in Schneider Electric's support for Jinrong Tianyu's transition to zero carbon and sustainable development. Jinrong Tianyu will welcome new opportunities for green and high-quality development."
Zhao Hong, President of Jinrong Tianyu, believes: "Based on the cooperation between both parties in the field of carbon reduction, Jinrong Tianyu has new leverage in lean digitalization, energy conservation, emission reduction, and sustainable development. Both parties will establish a long-term communication mechanism to deliver tangible carbon reduction results and fulfill corporate social responsibility."
As one of the first partners to join Schneider Electric's "Carbon Reduction Master" program, Jinrong Tianyu has been cooperating with Schneider Electric for over 20 years. By participating in the supplier "Zero Carbon Plan," Jinrong Tianyu has developed a top-level plan for sustainable development and taken a series of measures. Based on Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Power architecture, the company has established a green and intelligent smart energy system, integrating various technologies such as ground source heat pumps, photovoltaic power generation, unattended substations, energy efficiency control, and smart lighting, systematically promoting overall energy conservation and carbon reduction. Just by laying its own photovoltaic systems, it is expected to reduce emissions by 1,100 tons annually. By the end of 2022, the carbon reduction per 100 million yuan in sales had decreased by 22.2%. Its smart energy system project was also successfully included in Schneider Electric's "Carbon Reduction Master" program success cases and presented at Schneider Electric's 2022 Q3 Global Investor Conference, working together with Schneider Electric to promote the construction of a broader sustainable ecosystem.

Through this cooperation, Jinrong Tianyu will further promote the improvement of the informatization, intelligence, and green low-carbon sustainable development level of the factory's equipment and facilities, enrich energy consumption management methods, enhance energy consumption supervision capabilities, deepen cooperation in supply chain, digital factories, intelligent manufacturing, energy conservation, and emission reduction, and assist Jinrong in achieving sustainable development, green low carbon, and contributing to society.
