Congratulations! Jinrong Tianyu has been awarded the first and second prizes of the "Jingmo Award" project for the years 2020-2023!


During the DMC2023 exhibition held from June 10 to 14, 2023, at the Shanghai Hongqiao National Exhibition and Convention Center, the China Mould Association continued to carry out the "Precision Mould Award" selection activity, conducting a comprehensive assessment of the technical level of the mould forming and mould standard component projects that participated and applied.

During the DMC2023 exhibition held from June 10 to 14, 2023, at the Shanghai Hongqiao National Exhibition and Convention Center, the China Mould Association continued to carry out the "Precision Mould Award" selection activity, conducting a comprehensive assessment of the technical level of the mould forming and standard parts projects that participated and applied for the award. The evaluation experts for the "Precision Mould Award" are organized by senior experts in the domestic mould industry, along with experts, professors, and technical elites from domestic research institutions, universities, and key mould manufacturing enterprises, making it a significant award in the technical field of China's mould industry.

First Prize of the "Precision Mould Award"
 

The arc extinguishing chamber component integrated automatic forming equipment declared by Jinrong Tianyu won the first prize of the "Precision Mould Award". This project features integrated design, composite linkage riveting, and efficient unmanned production technology. Its key technology ensures the flatness of the arc extinguishing piece by adjusting the material pressure and cutting depth of the pre-falling process, eliminating the problem of piece dropping during pre-falling; the guiding structure of the material sheet solves abnormal issues during the servo motor pushing process; PLC programming and control ensure the matching degree between the riveting fixture and the servo motor pushing; a leveling structure for red steel paper is added to ensure stability during the transmission process. In addition, this project has 15 patents, including 3 invention patents, and has published 7 papers.

Second Prize of the "Precision Mould Award"
 

The pre-tightening safety belt detonation device thickening expansion tube stamping multi-station stamping die declared by Jinrong Tianyu won the second prize of the "Precision Mould Award". This project features flexible processing design for multiple uses, multi-step forming process, and efficient low-consumption unmanned production technology. Its key technology includes creating exhaust grooves at specific locations on the punch and die to eliminate air in the cavity, avoiding uneven thickness of the forming material; through the design of the forming process, effectively preventing tube expansion cracks and material stacking, achieving stable and reliable production; using precise matching of mould structures such as guiding pins, limit blocks, clamping blocks, and concave dies to effectively ensure the coaxiality of the inner and outer diameters of the formed tube; utilizing a transfer robot and the stamping machine's built-in lifting cylinder to efficiently and reliably achieve automatic feeding, material feeding, stamping, supporting, and discharging in a tightly coordinated production mode. In addition, this project has published 2 papers and is applying for 1 invention patent and 1 utility model.

 

The selection of this Precision Mould Award focuses on aspects such as design precision, processing refinement, mould intelligence level, and structural optimization, combined with innovation points and economic and social benefits of cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Jinrong Tianyu's award this time is a recognition of our technical level by the China Mould Association and the mould industry. We will focus on technological development and customer needs, continuously innovate and break through in new technologies and new processes, strive to move forward, and aim to create brilliance again!
