During the DMC2023 exhibition held at the Hongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai from June 10 to 14, 2023, the China Mold Association continued to carry out the "Precision Mold Award" selection activity, and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the technical level of the mold forming and mold standard parts projects that were exhibited and applied for. The evaluation experts of the "Precision Mold Award" are led by senior experts in the domestic mold industry, and other experts, professors, and technical elites from domestic research institutions, universities, and mold manufacturing backbone enterprises. It is a crucial award in the technology field of China's mold industry.

The integrated automatic forming equipment for punching and riveting of arc extinguishing chamber components applied by Jinrong Tianyu has won the first prize of the "Precision Mold Award". This project has the technical characteristics of integrated design, composite linkage punching and riveting, and efficient unmanned production. Its key technology is to adjust the support pressure and punching depth of the pre dropping step, ensuring the flatness of the arc extinguishing plate and eliminating the problem of falling during pre dropping; By designing the material guide structure, the abnormal problem during the servo motor pushing process was solved; Using PLC programming and control to ensure the matching degree between the riveting fixture and the servo motor pushing plate; The leveling structure of red steel paper has been added to ensure stability during transportation. In addition, the project has 15 patents, including 3 invention patents; Published 7 papers.

The multi-station stamping mold for the thickened and expanded tube of the pre tensioned safety belt detonation device applied by Jinrong Tianyu has won the second prize of the "Precision Mold Award". This project has the technical characteristics of a versatile flexible machining design, multi-step forming process, and efficient and low-cost unmanned production. The key technology is to create exhaust slots in specific parts of the punch and concave mold to eliminate air in the mold cavity and avoid uneven forming material thickness; By designing the forming process, it effectively avoids pipe expansion cracks and stacking, achieving stable and reliable production; The precise matching of mold structures such as guide pins, limit blocks, clamping blocks, and concave molds effectively ensures the coaxiality of the inner and outer diameters of the formed pipes; Utilizing the transfer mold robotic arm and the built-in lifting cylinder of the stamping machine, we efficiently and reliably achieve a production mode of close cooperation among multiple mechanisms such as automatic feeding, feeding, stamping, palletizing, and cutting. In addition, the project has published 2 papers and is currently applying for 1 invention patent and 1 utility model.
