Responsibility I

According to the company's quality strategy, be responsible for decomposing and formulating the annual quality target of the department, and organize the implementation and achieve

1. Organize the collection of relevant information and provide the department's annual quality target plan to the quality management minister;

2. Responsible for compiling the annual quality work plan, reporting it to the company leaders, and organizing the implementation after approval;

3. Supervise, inspect and assess the completion of the quality work of each department.

Responsibility II

Responsible for the tracking and handling of customer complaints, to ensure that there is no recurrence of bad and no major Class A complaints

1. Deal with customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction;

2. Organize relevant departments within the company to complete the improvement of customer complaints and follow up to close them.

Responsibilities III

Promote the decrease of internal defects in the company and ensure the achievement of internal quality indicators

1. Track and deal with internal defects such as poor inspection and final inspection, organize and coordinate the implementation of improvement measures, and achieve internal quality improvement; 

2. Organize the internal quality monthly meeting to review the achievement of internal and external quality indicators, review the problems at the quality management system level, promote improvement, and achieve continuous optimization of the quality management system.

Respond to the second and third-party audits, and promote the improvement and closure of audit problems

Job Requirements

1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above from a regular institution;

2. Professional knowledge requires mechanical related majors, familiar with TS16949 (or ISO9000), ISO14001, ISO18001 system related knowledge, familiar with manufacturing enterprise management mode, and proficient in using office software;

3. Ability and quality requirements Good at communication and sincere;

4. Work experience/training experience: 5-10 years of work experience in quality management or process management or production management of manufacturing enterprises, proficient in TS16949 (or ISO9000) management system certification, at least 5 years of system certification work experience, and certain experience writing documentation; 

5. The qualification certificate requires TS16949 internal auditor certificate or ISO9000 internal auditor certificate;

6. Possess work experience in stamping and welding related process quality, automobile manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

1. Handle abnormal quality in the production process, track and improve the results, and promote the improvement of process engineering capabilities;

2. Daily review of defective products, timely giving advice on handling, coordinating relevant deployments to investigate the reasons, and formulating improvement countermeasures;

3. Monthly quality data statistics, identify problem points, coordinate with relevant deployment to analyze the reasons, and formulate improvement countermeasures;

4. Quickly respond to customer complaints, investigate the reasons, and reply to customer improvement reports according to the deadline;

5. Supervision of the implementation of daily quality requirements at the manufacturing site;

6. Revision and update of quality standard documents;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical design or mechatronics, more than 3 years experience in quality management;

2. Proficiency in applying 5WHY for cause analysis;

3. QC methods can be applied to daily work;

4. Familiar with the quality management of stamping, welding, sheet metal and other projects;

5. Familiar with process quality management and independent response to customer complaints;

6. Have the ability to recognize pictures;

7. Those with Japanese quality work experience are preferred;

8. Work experience in stamping and welding related process quality, Siemens, Schneider, Foxconn (such as Langfang Foxconn) and other related companies are preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the review of the mold scheme and mold design of the new product according to the requirements of the production task, and ensure the correctness of the mold drawing data;

2. Responsible for improving, tracking and verifying the effect of on-site molds;

3. Responsible for the development and improvement of products and processes; reasonably prepare relevant technical documents and processes, and standardize them;

4. Cooperate with the factory to deal with and solve the technical problems of the product, cooperate with the aluminum die-casting production process personnel to improve the production process in production; ensure the normal operation of the mold and production;

5. Responsible for the arrangement of drawings and technical data.

Job Requirements

1. Major in mold/machinery and other related fields, college degree or above, 25-45 years old, more than 2-3 years of experience in mold design in aluminum die-casting companies or injection molding companies, familiar with die-casting mold or injection molding design technical points, familiar with products Manufacturing process (technical support on site);

2. Proficiency in using UG and AUTOCAD software;

3. Candidates with experience in designing die-casting molds in mold factories can be preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the stamping/die-casting machine and complete the production according to the production quota;

2. Conduct pre-operation inspection, production preparation, punch maintenance, spot check and handover;

3. Operate the punch according to the operation instructions to produce and process parts. Complete the blanking, blanking, punching, bending, correction, extrusion, stretching and other processes of the product parts or the processing tasks of direct stamping and forming, conduct self-inspection and confirmation of the products after processing, and make production inspection records.
